How to choose

Four questions that narrow the list

Do you need a price before a sales call?

Some vendors publish prices, some publish a model, and some sell by quote. Decide whether you need a number first.

Per user or flat rate?

Per-user pricing favors small teams. A flat rate can favor large ones. Count who would really log in.

Field first or office first?

Some tools center on crews and plans. Others center on estimating and sales. A few cover the whole job.

Which safety forms do you need?

If your work needs pre-task plans, toolbox talks and inspections, check that the tool lists them, then test them.

Provision uses AI to review drawings, specs and contracts for pre-construction teams. That is a different job from running a project, so we do not compare it here.

Questions, answered

How we compared these tools, and how to use the results.

There is no single best choice. It depends on company size and needs. The Procore alternative page explains how OConstruction compares, and the table above covers 11 other tools.
