Some vendors charge a flat monthly fee for a team instead, and large platforms often price by project volume and quote after a demo. This page shows what per-user pricing adds up to, using OConstruction's published price, and lists what to ask any vendor before you sign.
What OConstruction costs by team size
OConstruction Premium is $24 per user per month billed monthly, or $22 per user per month billed annually. It includes all project management, resource management, vendor management and contractor management features. There are no setup fees and no credit card is needed for the 15-day free trial.

What to ask any construction software vendor
- What is the total for my team size? Get a number for your crew count, not a starting-at price.
- Who counts as a user? Ask whether foremen, subcontractors, vendors and owners need paid seats.
- Is the price per user, flat, or by project volume? Per-user pricing grows with headcount. Volume pricing grows with revenue.
- What costs extra? Ask about setup, training, storage, integrations and support.
- Is a free trial offered, and does it need a card?
- What is the term? Compare monthly and annual billing, and ask how cancellation works.
